A fictional example of the interface, not a real record. The point is that an employee can open the underlying document and check it themselves. For technical, commercial or regulated work, an answer nobody can trace back is not much use.

How much traceability a system needs is a design decision. Looking up an internal procedure needs less than selecting a product a customer will rely on.

Integration feasibility depends on the systems involved, available APIs, permissions and the architecture of your existing environment. We assess that before the solution is defined.

AI cannot fix poor information by pretending it is good information.

Sometimes the first part of an internal AI project is understanding the quality, structure and consistency of the underlying data. If information is missing, duplicated or contradictory, we design around that rather than hiding the problem.
